Event Details:

❖ Frequency: The Financial Empowerment for Families 6 Week Series will take place on the following dates:  

• Thursday, September 12th and 26th
• Thursday, October 3rd and 17th
• Thursday, November 7th and 21st

❖ Location: The sessions will be held at Nonprofit Village, 31 W 31st Street, KCMO 64108 (behind the Bank of America, you can park in the Bank of America Parking lot)

❖ Format: Adults and youths will have separate sessions tailored to their respective needs and interests.

❖ Dinner: We are excited to provide dinner for all participants that attend! 

About the Program:

❖ Our program is not just about numbers and budgets; it's about fostering a sense of empowerment and control over one's financial future. We believe that every individual, young and old, deserves to have the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their money.

While you are learning these topics, your youth will be learning the same topics at their level of understanding in a separate session. 

For Adults:

❖ Our adult-focused sessions are dedicated to providing a comprehensive understanding of

various financial topics that impact grown-ups. From budgeting and saving to investing and retirement planning, we'll delve into the key components that contribute to financial stability. Guided by financial experts, you'll gain actionable insights and practical advice that can be applied to your financial journey immediately.

For Youths:

❖ Our youth-focused sessions offer an engaging and age-appropriate exploration of financial fundamentals. It's never too early to build a strong financial success foundation. Through interactive discussions and activities, we'll introduce concepts such as budgeting, saving, and the importance of wise financial decisions. These sessions are designed to inspire young minds and foster a sense of financial responsibility that will serve them well as they grow.
